Pleiada Hotel, the only hotel in Iași offering five-star rooms, has undergone several changes to its visual identity, giving its printed presentation materials, promotional materials and internal communication materials a new look and feel.
The CRYO team took over part of the redesign process and created the new materials – catalogues, posters, mesh banners, spider displays, packaging for “to go” products, press advertising layouts, as well as concepts, visuals and copy for social media and online campaigns.
The marketing strategy developed around the idea that this hotel complex can offer its guests a level of personal attention that a large five-star hotel chain cannot. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the kindness and smiles of the hotel staff, the ease of communicating with the management team and the fast, personalised handling of guest requests were some of the competitive advantages that the CRYO team considered worth building the promotional campaigns around.
